Assistant Project Manager (CCTV / Security / Sensor Systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing CCTV, security, and sensor system installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site activities including CCTV system setup, network configuration, and integration.
• Provide support in civil and cabling works coordination related to system installations.
• Carry out outdoor site supervision and inspections when required.
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and progress to meet deadlines.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for internal and client review.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate to Project Manager when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Engineering or related fields.
• 2-5 years of working experience in CCTV, security, or network-related projects.
• Knowledge of network setup, IP CCTV systems, and security systems is essential.
• Some understanding of civil works and cabling is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Possess a valid driving license is an advantage.
