Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for the project quality and safety plan

. Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules

. Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements arefully implemented on projects

. Updating and alerting Project Manager on delaysand suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays

. Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basisupdates

. Perform schedule monitoring and updating onconstruction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports withcommitments and forecast

. Monitor project compliance with project managementstandard policies, procedures and templates through project audits

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil Engineering

. Possess relevant experience in managing Singaporeconstruction projects (LTA/MRT)

. Ability to manage schedule or planning on buildingworks

. Profession in building projects

. At least 5 years of experience in LTA / MRTprojects

. Must be literate in English and have experienceusing computer software, and Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel,powerpoint etc.
