Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Singapore, with some flexibility to work from home. The responsibilities include supporting project management activities, assisting with project scheduling, coordinating logistics, expediting project tasks, and ensuring inspections are conducted as required. The role involves maintaining efficient communication between stakeholders and assisting the lead project manager in ensuring project objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Expediting and an understanding of Expeditor roles and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, including planning and scheduling
  • Experience with Inspection processes related to projects
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management and effective organization skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Relevant experience in project-related roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
