Assistant Project Manager (Banking, Central)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Wealth Planning Solutions Hub (WPSH) in driving projects, enhancing processes, and maintaining resources across the private wealth space. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless execution of wealth planning initiatives.

Contract: 12 month

Salary up to $6500

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in WPSH projects/initiatives, including development and maintenance of resource databases, legal templates, product guides, frameworks, and internal policies.
• Support the assessment and onboarding of complex structures and transactions across wealth planning solutions, including trusts, family offices, and philanthropic vehicles.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Trustee, Wealth Planning teams) and external legal/tax advisors.
• Coordinate and assist in training programs for Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners, and Trust Managers.
• Review, comment, and analyze legal and tax opinions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare Wealth Planning Briefs and Fact Sheets.
• Support the Head of WPSH on strategic initiatives, including managing project timelines, tracking, and maintaining resource repositories.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of WPSH.

Job Requirements / Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in the private wealth space and familiarity with wealth planning solutions.
• Legal background (including paralegal experience) or accountancy training preferred but not mandatory.
• STEP qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in AI tools, including leveraging GenAI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
