Job Description
- Manage and oversee construction projects from feasibility study, planning stage to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultancy firm to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all involved parties.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for construction projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Architectural studies or equivalent.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A background in the property or construction industry.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
