Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy software application as part of an overall project implementation.

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development, implementation, and integration projects.

• Oversee system architecture design, development processes, and successful integration of solutions.

• Monitor and manage the performance and operational status of equipment during installation, configuration, and testing phases.

• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams of software and hardware engineers in conducting optimization tests and ensuring system reliability.

• Provide direction to engineering teams in delivering technical support and resolving issues related to equipment and applications.

• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial and operational targets.

• Ensure alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to maintain clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in software engineering, systems integration, or technical implementation

• 2+ years in project coordination or project management

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Exposure to budgets, vendor management, and system deployment
