Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager, based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics, expediting progress, inspecting deliverables, and assisting in managing resources. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure prompt delivery and efficient progress of tasks.
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Experience in Inspection processes and attention to detail for maintaining quality standards.
- Logistics Management expertise to streamline supply chain operations and project flow.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in technology, AI-focused projects, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
