Job Descripition
- Assist, plan and execute Mechanical/ Electrical/ Fire/ Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality and schedule.
- Review, understand and execute E&I engineering documents.
- Technical evaluation of E&I items for the project in accordance with Project/ client's specifications/ requirements.
- Prepare controls, SLD, liaise with PLC/ BMS vendors.
- Able to drive project progress and scheduling
- Provide technical submission of proposal/ drawings/ MOS/ RA etc.
- Attend site meetings and necessary site walk.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external stake holder.
- Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of working experience in for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary system, fire system (MEPL).
- Well verse in MEPL system knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Well verse in Chiller, Cooling tower, Chiller pump, AHU, FCU, MV fans, Ducting
