Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

(A) Project Support & Management

1. Assist in the planning and execution of awarded Structured Cabling projects.

2. Coordinate with Singapore HQ on engineering matters, procurement, and
technical submissions.

3. Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors as required.

4. Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance.

5. Site Supervision - Oversee daily site activities and manpower to ensure works
are carried out according to the approved schedule.

6. Coordination - Liaise with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors to
ensure smooth project execution.

7. Installation & Completion Oversight - Work closely with the Site Supervisor
to monitor cable installation, termination, testing, and compliance with approved
specifications and cut-sheets.

8. Quality & Safety - Coordinate with Safety Officers to ensure compliance with
safety regulations and company standards.

9. Reporting - Maintain daily site reports and provide regular progress updates to management.

(B) Business Development Support

1. Assist in tender preparation, including scope review and coordination
with Singapore HQ.

2. Monitor upcoming projects and market developments in Johor.

Work Location

Primarily based in Johor, Malaysia.

Upon completion of assigned projects in Johor, you shall report back to the Singapore office
and continue to support ongoing operations and new business initiatives as directed by Management.
