- Position: Assistant Project Engineer - Technical Projects & Site Coordination
- Location: Yishun
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day
- Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday: 8.00AM to 12.00PM
- Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
- Benefits: 7-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

- Our client is an established logistics and engineering services company seeking a Project Assistant Engineer to support project coordination, technical documentation and site activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with engineering drawings, schematics and BOM preparation.
- Review technical specifications and support basic calculations.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers and progress reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and safety.
- Assist with equipment/material inspection and testing.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when required.
- Report site progress to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good coordination, documentation and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
