Assistant Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer and Site Team in daily site operations for reclamation, ground improvement and related works.
• Monitor and record site progress, earthwork activities, and equipment movement.
• Support in preparing daily reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and construction plans.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and problem-solving discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic engineering principles and construction processes.
• Strong interest in land reclamation and ground improvement works.
• Willing to work at site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCAD or design software is a plus.
