Assistant Project Engineer (Security System)

Responsibilities

. Assist the Site Project manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects.

. To support Site Project Manager / Engineer in managing day-to-day clients interactions and expectations for optimal results

. To support Site Project Manager / Engineer to collaborate with peers, liaise with trade contractors, clients and consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality services.

. Assist to prepare and submit method of statement, sketches, site record and other technical submissions in a timely manner.

. Assist to prepare Inspection and Test Plan, user manuals, drawings and conduct inspection and check on works performed.

. Check the drawings discrepancies and conduct field verification, and submit technical clarification to the clients and consultants.

. Assist the Project Manager / Engineer in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.

. Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act

. Perform any other tasks as and when required so as to meet project milestones

Requirements

. Min Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/IT or relevant with at least 2 years working experience

. Hands-on experience in security systems installation, configuration and integration will be an advantage

. Willing to take ownership and Pro-active in Problem solving

. Must be a team player with adequate verbal and written communication skills

. Driving License - Preferably if candidate possesses own vehicle

. Singapore Citizens are preferred

. Location is at Shan Road / Site Office
