Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Project Manager and/or Management on all project-related matters.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with project requirements.
Be deployed to construction sites as required to supervise, coordinate, and monitor site activities.
Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
Assist in project scheduling, work sequencing, and manpower planning.
Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and submit project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required.
Assist in identifying site issues and propose solutions to minimise delays and risks.
Requirements (Summary):
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.
Willing to work on construction sites and in a dynamic project environment.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in Building Management System (BMS) or M&E projects will be an advantage.
