Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Operation Manager in oversee and manage daily workshop and store operations, ensuring all activities comply with the safety standards.
- Ensure accurate tracking and timely return of tools and equipment.
- Monitor the movement and condition of tools, spare parts, and consumables to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of equipment and materials in line with company and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock, repairs, and equipment status to management.
- Support the Project Team in the coordinating project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in workshop/store coordination, preferably in bored pile or construction industry.
- WSQ Certificate in WSH or other relevant safety certifications.
- Knowledge of construction or bored pile equipment, tools, and maintenance workflow is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams under tight deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
