Position Overview
The potential hire will continue generic data management work, including processing clusters manual submissions, preparing management reports, and supporting data requests
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise and work closely with various institutions to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
- Analyzes/Highlight discrepancies/anomalies in data submissions and follow through with institutions
- Ensures timely and accurate report generations, from systems or manual data compilation
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of data submissions
- Exercise independent analysis and judgement when executing the SOPs
- Simple charting with Excel
- Assist in daily monitoring of system to system submissions
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised
Requirements
- Meticulous with quantitative work, and handling of datasets
- Possess an interest in working with data
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge in Python is an added advantage
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willingness for self-learning of various tools used
