Role Summary
Supports programme and operational activities related to the sourcing, supply, and delivery of C-parts and precision components, ensuring efficient coordination across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing programmes involving C-parts (e.g. fasteners, fittings) and precision components supply
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and material availability
- Track project progress and prepare status reports and documentation
- Support procurement activities including sourcing, quotations, and order processing
- Ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications
- Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Identify delays/issues and escalate to management when necessary
Requirements
- Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related experience
- Basic understanding of C-parts or precision components would be advantages
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
