Assistant Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

Ensuring GMP standards & safety regulations are met overseeing Housekeeping

Determining Quality Control standards

Overseeing Production processes to ensure high productivity and minimises material wastage

Manage & Evaluate machine resources to ensure Productivity & minimal downtime

Maintenance of Production equipment / Organising repair & maintenance

Schedules Planning for employees to ensure optimum staffing level

Provide timely & accurate Production Report

Establish workflow policies that enhance speed & efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity

Supervising the work of Junior Staff / Organising relevant training sessions . Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirement

. Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience

. Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a team

. Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership capabilities . Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset

. Able to multi-task
