Take leadership in the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies/plans for product categories assigned, driving achievement of the company's overall business objectives in the Singapore Business Unit.
Product Management
Full spectrum of product management responsibilities Consumer insights, New Products Development, as well as developing Go-to-Market Strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
Constantly review and analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate product performance and provide recommendation to increase sales and market shares.
Engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Operations, Finance, Corporate Planning, Research & Development, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Creative and Digital agencies) to develop top strategies for your product categories success.
Product Innovation / Project Management
Initiate regional new product development plans and renewal of existing products by collaborating with cross-functional teams in global and regional offices.
Develop a road map of products for assigned product categories.
Plan and conduct relevant consumer insights study integrate into new product development to create winning product concepts.
Analyze industry, market and competitive data to improve product features for new and/or existing services to ensure market competitiveness and product relevance.
Marketing Communication
Engage with creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with creative agencies to develop regional communication toolkits to support new product launches (including copy, print, digital banners, videos, in-store activation, demos, etc).
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree in business-related function
At least 3 years of marketing experience in brand/product management, preferably from FMCG industry
Possess a strong analytical mindset to drive business growth and innovation plans forward
Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
Demonstrates strong independence, self-motivation, and accountability in managing tasks and projects.
