Product Management (Assistant) Manager*
You will support CASE in the development, enhancement, and day-to-day operations of the Price Kaki mobile application, a digital platform enabling consumers to compare grocery, food & beverage, and fuel prices. The role also supports user engagement and related consumer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Project Management
- Drive the planning, design, and delivery of product features and enhancements
- Translate business and user needs into clear product and functional requirements
- Conduct testing and UAT to ensure release quality and readiness
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks
- Manage project administration, including procurement, budget tracking, and reporting
Vendor & System Management
- Manage external vendors, including procurement, contracts, and performance monitoring
- Oversee contract lifecycles, including renewal, termination, and handover
- Support day-to-day operations of AWS and CMS platforms, including access control, testing, and issue resolution
Other Responsibilities
- Support Price Kaki outreach and community engagement initiatives
- Participate in CASE-wide and cross-functional initiatives
- Perform other duties to support CASE's organisational objectives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role
- Good understanding of software development practices and emerging digital technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
