The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Assistant Product Manager with strong expertise in product lifecycle management, ideally within the payments or cross-border transfers domain. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving product enhancements, managing multistakeholder initiatives, and delivering seamless customer experiences.
- Starts off as a 6/12 months contract
The Job
- Lead product development and enhancement efforts, with a focus on payments and cross-border transaction capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine product offerings and improve overall user experience.
- Work with technical teams to support the integration and optimization of fintech platforms, payment rails, or remittance solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives, including product positioning, gotomarket activities, and customer communications.
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks related to product rollout, monitoring, and maintenance.
The Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within payments, fintech, or cross-border remittance.
- Familiarity with payment systems, digital wallets, payment rails, or regional/international transfer products is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
