Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced procurement professional to support tender management, supplier engagement, contract coordination, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement and tender processes, including sourcing, documentation, evaluation coordination, and submission
  • Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and documentation
  • Support training material development and process updates
  • Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist in contract management and vendor performance monitoring
  • Provide backup support for team members during peak periods or absences
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of procurement or tender coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
