Job Description

Pay: Up to $6,000
Location: Queenstown
Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Scope

. Work closely with user departments on information gathering in preparation for the procurement of F&E.

. Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with procurement policy.

. Responsible for facilitating strategic sourcing projects for services and non-medical supplies categories.

. Establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of product and services.

. Guide the evaluation committee to evaluate goods and services proposal from vendors, suppliers and contractor of services as procurement co-lead.

. Collaborate with MMD to add value through proper negotiation, product standardising or innovative ways of sourcing.

. Plan meeting agenda, manage administrative functions, maintain accurate records, preparing presentation materials and coordinate meetings.

. Provide administrative support and assistance to Operations Head as required.

. Ensure proper documentation and records to facilitate and validate key activities throughout projects.

. Prepare papers for management approval.

Requirements:

. Minimum degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.

. Project management skills with prior procurement experience

. Experience with large-scale capital procurement projects (advantage)

. Proficiency in MS Office.
