Perform chemical analysis (titration) for the production baths.
Responsible for the verification of plant equipment.
Follow-up of process or specification changes where required.
Liaise with the suppliers to gain technical support and information during new process reviews.
Perform periodic tests as required, including the maintenance and record keeping of tests result. Where necessary, arrangement for external lab tests will be needed.
Assist technical engineers in customer and certification audits.
Assist technical engineers with the review of new parts (drawings and process requirements) for existing and new customers. Includes review of new part revisions for existing parts.
Assist in costing review for new parts.
Assist in drafting and amendment of related shopfloor documents. Includes but not limited to Production line record, Test reports, Analysis reports, COA, SDS and Work Instruction.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Chemical Engineering are welcome to apply.
