Job Description

Position Summary:
You will play a vital role in supply chain operations, focusing on production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform forecast planning and schedule production orders based on customer demand and available resources.

Coordinate closely with Project Leaders, Planners, and Production Supervisors to prioritize daily workflows according to delivery schedules.

Manage material and production planning, including the requisition of materials and maintenance of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for design changes.

Review and confirm production orders based on material readiness and capability availability.

Collaborate with the purchasing team to control material deliveries, optimizing inventory levels and avoiding high stock build-up.

Continuously monitor material availability to ensure production continuity without downtime.

Prepare and submit periodic reports, including Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) and Buy-down claims.

Ensure the timely closure of production orders to facilitate accurate invoicing.

Prepare and deliver ad-hoc data analysis and reports to support decision-making for management and cross-functional teams.
