Assistant Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure outlet operations is carried out and maintained to the highest standards.
• Training outlet staff on company policies and service standards.
• Work hand-in-hand with top management staff concerning work/operational issues and other activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and product reports
• Manage and motivate and appraise outlet staff.
• Monthly stock takes and cost analysis
• Keep outlet environment safe & clean
