Job Description

  • Oversees the outlets operations day-to-day
  • Report and attend weekly meeting with Senior F & B Manager
  • Ensure the staff is well equip with product knowledge and plan the weekly roster
  • Liaise with contractor if equipment breaks down
  • Ensure the supplies is adequate and order when stock is low
  • Implement sales promo to achieve daily sale target
  • Able to lead and manage the team to increase productivity
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work longer to cover the operations if staff on MC or urgent leave
