Job Description

  • Report directly to Operations Manager on daily operations issues
  • Oversees daily operations of outlet and ensure the business is run smoothly
  • Manage and supervise the team
  • Conduct training for new hires
  • Involve and implement promotion to increase sales
  • Serve and answer customer enquiries
  • Participate in new product development
  • Execute and launch new product every quarterly
  • Ensure the hygiene standard of food preparation area is maintained
