Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse through planning, developing and/or implementing warehouse safety & security programs/ activities, and planning of warehouse layout to maximize efficiency of storage space
- Oversee inventory operations by conducting weekly supply planning to maintain inventory levels at the right levels, reconciling monthly inventory report
- Oversee daily operations and daily scheduling, ensure all staffs are deployed to site in accordance to the daily planning
- Be the key contact person to customer, suppliers, and other stakeholders, handle/ negotiate contract/license renewals.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and in time delivery, address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve extraordinary issues and discrepancy, maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor compliance to workplace safety rules & regulations and 5S housekeeping methodology
- Manage issues and concerns raised by staff and escalate them to senior management as appropriate
- Provide reports to senior management on overall performance of the department
- Observe and comply with the Company's safety and health system, safe work procedures and instructions, as well as safety policy and rules
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experiences in logistics/warehouse/operations
- Familiar with scheduling
- Well versed in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
- Forklift license and Valid SG class 3 license is a plus
- Proactive, meticulous and team player
- 5.5 days work week
- Working location: East (may need to travel when necessary)
