Job Description

As Assistant Operations Manager, you will manage a team of clinical staff, to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, successful regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and effective fiscal management.

Responsibilities:

. Supervising staff and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently.

. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.

. Ensure safe and efficient patient flow.

. Lead or participate in programs aimed to improve process and workflow.

. Working with other teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation.

. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality

. Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
  • Able to multi-task and work under a stressful environment.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
  • Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
