Job Descriptions:

Vehicle Leasing Operations

  • Oversee the fleet of leased vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of leasing fleet, or both Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Vehicles.
  • Manage all aspects of aftersales services, including maintenance, repairs and customer support which includes breakdown, complaints and feedback.
  • Develop and implement aftersales strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention and leasing fleet road worthiness.
  • Oversee and manage the vehicle repair process, ensuring timely cost-effective and preventive cycle maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage vehicle movement including inspections, routine servicing and other technical requirements to vehicle upkeep.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) and End-Lease records, including accident reporting and reinstatement matters for fleet.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Ensure staff are properly trained in the latest automotive technologies, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

  • Ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement customer service initiatives that enhance satisfaction and retention, especially for leasing clients.
  • Over the resolution of customer issues related to the workshop or leasing services, ensuring high levels or customer loyalty.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, financial status, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fleet utilization, workshop throughput, repairs costs, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing workshop operations, including service teams, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Experience in managing vehicle leasing operations, including fleet management and leasing contracts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
