Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.

Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.

Plan and conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Analyse operational data and prepare management reports.

Manage manpower, resources, and equipment requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of operations or management experience (FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in inventory management and stock-taking.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office ERP knowledge is a plus.

Positive attitude, responsible, and independent.

Have Class 3 license

Have forklift license is a plus

Able to work 5.5 days per week.
