Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL LEAD:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure activities are carried out efficiently and consistently in accordance with Company policies, procedures, standards and client requirements.
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment according to operational requirements, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and coverage.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and overall team performance, and work closely with Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure responsibilities are clearly communicated and followed through.
- Coordinate operational schedules, assignments, manpower arrangements and replacements to support smooth business operations.
- Monitor service quality and address operational issues, feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the utilisation of manpower, equipment, materials and other operational resources to promote efficiency and minimise wastage.
- Ensure operations comply with Company policies, SOPs, workplace safety requirements, ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 and applicable regulations.
- Identify operational risks, gaps and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare and review operational reports covering manpower, attendance, productivity, performance and other key operational matters.
- Support staff training, development and performance improvement, while promoting accountability, teamwork and professionalism.
- Develop and implement initiatives to streamline workflows, improve productivity and strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Provide Management with regular operational updates, recommendations and improvement initiatives.
- Support and undertake other duties, projects and initiatives as assigned by Management from time to time.
ROLE PROFILE:
- A Diploma, Degree, WSQ Diploma or relevant WSQ certification, ITE qualification, WPLN certification, or other relevant qualifications.
- We also welcome candidates who may not have formal academic qualifications but have solid hands-on operations experience, good leadership skills and a strong willingness to learn and grow with us.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant operations or supervisory experience.
- Relevant experience in warehousing or cleaning operations is an advantage.
- Experience in managing manpower-intensive operations is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
