Assistant Operations Manager (Airfield Operations)

Adecco is partnering with a leading supply chain logistics provider, and we are hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager. The role will oversee end-to-end airfield activities, including passenger and cargo handling, ground equipment maintenance, and airbase compliance.

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work location: Central region
• Work Days: Mon-Fri, , 8am - 5.30pm

The Job:

• Oversee daily air cargo, passenger boarding, and ground handling support to ensure zero-delay aircraft turnaround.
• Direct maintenance and serviceability for specialized ground support equipment (GSE), ramp vehicles, and site facilities.
• Drive monthly safety briefings, refine airside SOPs, and manage external audits to maintain zero-lapse compliance.
• Lead manpower scheduling, operational budgeting, staff certifications, and security clearance tracking.
• Mitigate risk, resolve equipment discrepancies quickly, and lead continuous improvement across site logistics.

The Talent:

Diploma in Logistics, Aviation Management, or related fields with 3-5+ years in ramp handling, air cargo, or aviation fuel operations.
Proficient in MS Office, digital operational tools, and managing high-compliance teams.
