Assistant Operations & Maintenance Engineer, 2026 Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle operation and maintenance (O&M) tickets and respond to online monitoring alerts through OnCall support.
• Build and maintain the BMS documentation system, including drafting process standards, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Deliver non-production environment tasks, including environment setup, account and access management, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Communicate daily with overseas SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams and follow up on ongoing tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team mindset
• Highly goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with spoken skills sufficient for daily work communication
