Job Summary
Assist Operation Manager to lead and manage operation department by overseeing site assessments, procurement, team deployment, and client communications to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and develop actionable plans for project execution
- Resolve project issues by addressing complaints and feedback promptly to maintain service quality
- Maintain high standards of service quality throughout project execution
- Deploy and schedule workers effectively to meet project demands and deadlines
- Track and evaluate team performance and punctuality to ensure productivity and accountability
- Brief team members on roles, work practices, logistics preparation, and ordering procedures to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Attend meetings to handle client feedback and report outcomes to management for continuous improvement
- Arrange logistics for site operations to support smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Manage employee workflow by creating schedules and delegating tasks appropriately to optimize resource use
- Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance team capabilities
- Communicate with customers regarding operations and service issues to ensure satisfaction and transparency
- Report any irregularities to the Operations Manager promptly to enable swift resolution
- Supervise employees to ensure adherence to standard practices and proper equipment care
- Provide training to staff to enhance skills and improve overall performance
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning operation projects or maintenance work in Singapore
- Possession of at least a Class 3 driving license
