Job Description

Job Summary

Assist Operation Manager to lead and manage operation department by overseeing site assessments, procurement, team deployment, and client communications to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and develop actionable plans for project execution
  • Resolve project issues by addressing complaints and feedback promptly to maintain service quality
  • Maintain high standards of service quality throughout project execution
  • Deploy and schedule workers effectively to meet project demands and deadlines
  • Track and evaluate team performance and punctuality to ensure productivity and accountability
  • Brief team members on roles, work practices, logistics preparation, and ordering procedures to ensure clarity and efficiency
  • Attend meetings to handle client feedback and report outcomes to management for continuous improvement
  • Arrange logistics for site operations to support smooth workflow and timely project completion
  • Manage employee workflow by creating schedules and delegating tasks appropriately to optimize resource use
  • Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance team capabilities
  • Communicate with customers regarding operations and service issues to ensure satisfaction and transparency
  • Report any irregularities to the Operations Manager promptly to enable swift resolution
  • Supervise employees to ensure adherence to standard practices and proper equipment care
  • Provide training to staff to enhance skills and improve overall performance

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning operation projects or maintenance work in Singapore
  • Possession of at least a Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills in project environments
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all worker levels
  • Proficient communication skills including speaking, writing, and active listening to facilitate clear client and team interactions
  • Applied problem-solving skills to resolve project and operational challenges
  • Ability to perform well under high-pressure conditions
