ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

Restaurant & Bar Operation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Supervise and lead the service team, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
• Support in staff scheduling, especially during weekends and public holidays.
• Handle reservations, guest complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Monitor food & beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out properly.
• Assist in planning promotions, events, and marketing activities for the restaurant and bar.
• Report operational issues, sales performance, and customer feedback to the Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
• Knowledge of bar operations and basic mixology will be an advantage.
