• Basic Salary $3,500 - $5,000 + Project Incentive + 14 Days AL + Bonus

• Office at Tengah , West SG [ Nearby MRT is Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay MRT ]

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of nursery or horticultural management experience, preferably with hydroculture

Job brief:

1. Assist in managing day-to-day nursery operations and staff supervision.
2. Support production planning and scheduling for hydroculture plant projects.
3. Allocate tasks and monitor performance of nursery workers.
4. Oversee maintenance and utilization of nursery equipment and machinery.
5. Ensure best horticultural practices in plant care, propagation, and upkeep.
6. Assist in preparing costings and quotations for tenders, working with QS & Project teams.
7. Contribute to continuous process and resource improvements.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager or Management.
