OVERVIEW
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer is looking for an Assistant Manager/ Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new customers in the ASEAN region.
Introduce Restar's product portfolio to untapped accounts.
Conduct customer requirement gathering, technical discussions, and price negotiations.
Support mass-production launch activities for new business opportunities.
Coordinate product specifications with suppliers and Japan-based engineering teams.
Manage projects from initial inquiry through mass-production stage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
Act as the main point of contact for customer communication.
Handle delivery coordination and respond to customer-related issues.
Manage PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) and sales performance.
Monitor sales progress and support revenue growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum3 years of working experience in Sales or Sales Engineering.
Strong teamwork mindset and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Interest in and motivation to challengenew business development.
Proactive, positive, and self-driven attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Advantage (Preferred):
Experience in thesemiconductor industry (manufacturer or trading company).
Ability to communicate inJapanese is an advantage for coordination with Japan HQ and suppliers.
BENEFITS
Salary Range: SGD5,000 - 7,000 / month (depending on experience)
