Overview
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Marcoms /Strategic Account Manager to bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who is confident in engaging clients, driving initiatives, and translating technical solutions into business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic account growth by identifying opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Work closely with the technical/engineering team to understand solutions and align them with customer needs.
- Develop and execute marketing communication (Marcoms) strategies to support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage clients to understand challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, technical, and marketing teams.
- Support pre-sales activities including presentations, proposals, and solution positioning.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or Marcoms-related roles.
- Strong ability to drive initiatives independently and take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding engineering solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business/marketing messaging.
- Experience in B2Benvironments (engineering solutions, software, or industrial sectors is a plus).
- Willingness to travel (if required, depending on location).
