Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales performance and manage inventory levels at assigned locations.
Monitor, maintain, and rotate products on display to ensure that displays are neat, attractive, and optimized.
Monitor product sales performance at assigned locations and share relevant updates with the sales, marketing, and merchandising teams.
Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.
Identify and highlight slow-moving or non-moving items to the Sales and Marketing teams
Assist the Sales team in preparing, managing, and submitting product listings to buyers.
Assess the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts, and recommend improvements to support higher sales.
Maintain good working relationships with floor managers and on-site staff at assigned locations.
Coordinate with relevant teams regarding stock replenishment, product rotation, display changes, and promotional activities.
Assist with roadshows, meetings, and other merchandising activities when required.
Be flexible to work occasionally on weekends, particularly when clients request meetings or when roadshows are held. Time off in lieu will be provided.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Merchandising, Retail, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales support, or inventory management is preferred.
Good understanding of sales monitoring, inventory control, and product displays.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with buyers, floor managers, and on-site staff.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple assigned locations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to travel between assigned locations in Singapore.
Willing to work occasional weekends when required, with time off in lieu provided
