Attend team meetings on site, coordinate with the on site teams and other parties in regarding of different issues and situations, escalating project completion impediments.
Daily supervising and management on site, liaising with subcontractors on project works.
Liaise with clients and consultants on project.
Submit and preparation of reports on pre and post of projects.
Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
Assist to update drawings.
Other duties directed by the Management as and when required.
Requirements
1-2 years in Fire Protection industry
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervisor
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Able to adapt to fast paced environment and meet deadlines
