Job Description
- Prepare customer quotations based on operational requirements, stock availability and pricing data.
- Source vendors for goods and services, request quotations and liaise with suppliers as required.
- Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on confirmations and deliveries.
- Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage store operations (receiving, issuing parts and general store activities).
- Keep the store clean, safe and well organised.
- Monitor and control shelf-life items.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments on invoices and dispatched items.
