As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand across all platforms.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and in-store promotions, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring The Providore brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and outlet-level marketing activities
- Manage and grow The Providore's online presence, including website updates, email marketing, and social media
- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials
- Support partnerships, sponsorships, and media relations
- Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Liaise with retail and F&B operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives across outlets
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for food, branding, and customer experience
- Photography, content creation, or design skills are a plus
