Assistant / Marketing Manager (Premium water brand)
Overview:
. Develops, executes, and manages marketing campaigns, collaborating with global and regional teams to align with brand strategy and business goals.
. Key responsibilities include contributing to strategy, analysing market trends, managing digital and social media platforms, coordinating with agencies and partners, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and ensuring global brand consistency.
. Involves supporting senior management, managing cross-functional virtual teams, and driving brand awareness and market share across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
. Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and lead RTM/GTM marketing campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans, strategies, and action plans that align with both global vision and local business needs.
. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, creative) and external agencies and partners to ensure seamless and strategic execution of initiatives.
. Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions for international markets.
. Digital & social media: Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, content creation, and optimization of digital sales channels.
. Brand Management: Oversee corporate branding, ensure brand image and strategic consistency across all international touchpoints, and manage brand awareness initiatives.
. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, defining KPIs and targets to drive performance.
. Global Communication: Coordinate with headquarters, international subsidiaries, and global partners on corporate communications, press releases, and promotional activities.
. Financial Stewardship: Manage and propose the annual Profit & Loss (P&L) for brand, ensuring delivery against targets for Net Sales (NS), Gross Margin (GM), Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend, and Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT)
Skills and Qualifications
. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in managing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
. Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term marketing goals.
. Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media, and website management.
. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively work with virtual delivery teams and influence stakeholders.
. International Awareness: A keen understanding of global marketing nuances, industry trends, and the ability to manage international partners and agencies
. Ability: To thrive in a start-up environment
