Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Design and develop all marketing collaterals and digital assets for the organisation, including marketing advertisements across digital platforms.
Manage the monthly advertising budget and ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of expenditures.
Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across both paid and organic touchpoints.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new digital marketing capabilities such as personalisation tools, audience targeting solutions, emerging media channels, and digital analytics technologies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives.
Continuously analyse and review performance metrics from digital platforms to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in design and video-editing skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
Strong interest and passion for building brands through digital platforms and strategic partnerships.
Demonstrates a hands-on approach, strong drive, accountability, and a growth mindset.
Ability to upskill and stay current with the evolving digital marketing landscape to deliver creative and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Proven experience across paid advertising tactics, especially social media, search, and content marketing.
Strong track record in developing and enhancing social media presence for brands.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to engage consumers and repurpose content for social media, SEM, and other advertising channels.
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment comfortable with multitasking.
University degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the general insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of e-marketing tools, systems, and current online marketing concepts and best practices.
Certifications in BCP and PGI will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
