The role:
The Assistant Manager drives the development and delivery of leasing and retail campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and on-time execution. This hands-on role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimise initiatives that boost traffic, sales, and marketing support.
Responsibilities:
Leasing Marketing
- Plan and manage A&P budgets for tenants, ensuring efficient allocation, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and execute leasing marketing plans to position the mall as a destination for wellness and F&B.
- Key marketing PIC for leasing and tenants, building relationships by sharing marketing plans and outcomes to maintain tenant engagement and support.
- Manage execution across channels and touch points, ensuring leasing campaigns are delivered on time and in alignment with overall marketing priorities.
- Monitor leasing comms and campaign insights to inform future leasing marketing plans.
- Manage the leasing marketing and A&P budget; assist with expense forecasting.
Campaign Development & Performance
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activations across offline, digital, and social channels to drive online and in-store traffic.
- Develop campaign and advertising comms in coherence with TANGS brand positioning, ensuring quality output across all touch points.
- Manage the development timeline, campaign and media budget, stakeholder approvals, content outputs, and onsite execution.
- Track performance and conduct post-mortems to review marketing spend, sales impact, ROI, and key learnings.
- Review and approve brands and tenants in-store visuals, providing guidance and quality checks to ensure brand compliance and effective, on-time roll-out.
Team Management
- Facilitate team performance by supervising daily progress and ensuring successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Mentor teammates to strengthen key skills, including effective communication, critical thinking and creative resourcefulness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years in integrated B2C marketing; experience in retail, malls, F&B, wellness, fashion, beauty, home would be advantageous.
- Experience mentoring or coaching teammates by sharing expertise to strengthen skills and optimise mindset.
- Strong project leadership with analytical thinking to leverage insights into meaningful contributions.
- Excellent communicator, digitally savvy, proficient in Excel and presentations.
- Strategic, resourceful, detail-oriented team player with high initiative and discipline.
