The Assistant ECommerce Marketing leads the coordination, execution, and optimisation of ECommerce marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and promotional channels, with the objective of driving qualified traffic, improving conversion, and supporting commercial priorities.
This role plays a key part in translating marketing plans and performance insights into day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns, activations, and channel initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Channel Execution
- Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and campaign priorities across global and regional stakeholders
- Coordinate campaign setup, launch, and wrap-up with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure assets, messaging, and timelines are aligned with commercial and brand priorities
2. Performance Tracking & Support
- Monitor day-to-day performance of marketing initiatives (traffic, conversion, basic ROI indicators)
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance summaries
- Flag anomalies, risks, or underperformance to senior stakeholders
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the go-to campaign execution lead for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate inputs and follow-ups across teams to ensure smooth delivery
4. Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers, calendars, and documentation
- Ensure processes, briefs, and timelines are followed consistently
- Support continuous improvement of marketing workflows and execution standards
5. Governance & Business Rhythm
- Support weekly marketing and performance check-ins
- Prepare inputs and materials for reviews and business forums
- Ensure execution updates are clear, structured, and actionable
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in ECommerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
- Exposure to campaign execution, performance tracking, or digital operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is a plus
- Working knowledge of tools such as GA4, ad platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
- Execution-focused and reliable, with strong ownership of deliverables
- Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in timelines and trackers
- Strong communicator who aligns well across teams and manages stakeholder expectations
