This role is responsible for leading and executing regional marketing strategies for the Food business, driving demand and growth across a comprehensive portfolio of solutions. Working closely with sales and market intelligence teams, the position translates commercial objectives and market insights into high-impact, integrated marketing initiatives that generate leads, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end strategic marketing plans for the SEA region to drive business growth across grains, food, digital solutions, and aftersales services.
- Partner Closely with Sales to Drive Revenue: Work hand-in-hand with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, supporting the full sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.
- Own Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, and promotions) to effectively engage and nurture B2B customers across the portfolio.
- Leverage Market Insights for Decision-Making: Collaborate with Market Intelligence to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management.
- Minimum 3 years in B2B or B2C marketing with strong digital, event, and campaign execution skills.
- Experience in business development is an added advantage.
