Were partnering with our Retail Client to hire for a hands-on Assistant Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end campaign execution and help scale their brand presence across the region. This role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage environments, and enjoys bringing marketing strategies from 0 to 1.
What youll do
- Own and execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across digital, social, and retail touchpoints
- Manage vendors (e.g. performance marketing partners, event vendors) and work resourcefully with limited budgets to maximise impact
- Lead in-store activations and experiential campaigns that drive footfall, sales, and brand awareness
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of campaigns
- Track and report campaign performance, including brand health, market share, and sales impact
- Experiment with new formats, channels, and collaborations to accelerate growth
What were looking for
- 58 years experience in marketing, ideally from fast-moving consumer brands, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
- Proven ability to manage campaigns independently, with strong tactical execution skills
- Background in creative/content or strong exposure working closely with creative teams/agencies
- Experience with in-store activations, event marketing, or IP collaborations is a plus
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to thrive in a lean environment
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
