Job Description

- Oversee daily operations, including managing workflow and enforcing policies and procedures

- Train employees, manage staff schedules, and monitor performance

- Handle customer service issues, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback to employees

- Maintain financial controls, manage inventory, and control expenses

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth

- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

.Requirements:.

- High school graduate or equivalent work experience (some roles may require a bachelor's degree)

- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience (depending on the industry and role)
